About the Role
We're seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team and help shape the future of AI-powered products. You'll work on complex design challenges, turning advanced technology into intuitive, delightful user experiences.
You'll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and other designers to create products that users love.
Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Develop and maintain our design system
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure design quality in implementation
- Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX skills
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience designing AI or data-heavy applications
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Motion design and animation skills
- Experience with user research methodologies
- Previous startup experience
