About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead our user acquisition and growth initiatives. You'll own the entire marketing funnel, from building brand awareness to driving conversions and retention.
This is a hands-on role where you'll both strategize and execute campaigns across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies
- Manage paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta)
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels
- Analyze marketing data and report on key metrics
- Collaborate with product and content teams on launches
- Test and scale new marketing channels
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth
- Experience with B2B SaaS or technology products
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Proficiency with marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
- Excellent writing and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing AI or developer tools
- SEO and content marketing expertise
- Experience with product-led growth strategies
- Technical background or understanding
- Previous startup experience
